Shipping policy
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Please note that customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import fees. If a package is held, delayed, or discarded by customs, we will not be responsible for reshipment or refund.
Delivery Timeframes
- Hand-Tufted Rugs: Estimated delivery within 2 to 8 weeks. For rugs over 11 feet wide, please allow an additional 4 to 12 weeks for production and delivery.
- Hand-Knotted Rugs: Estimated delivery within 10 to 30 weeks. For rugs over 11 feet wide, please allow an additional 4 to 12 weeks for production and delivery.
- Cotton Flatweave Rugs: Estimated delivery within 4 to 12 weeks.
- Jute Rugs: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 weeks.
Signature Requirement
For orders exceeding $2,000, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
